Our best projects are often our next projects and those in progress. Continually improving and learning from the success of our past, new projects leap forward in vision and sustainability. The governmental approval process for commercial and multifamily projects can now include Historic and Design Review in addition to Planning Board and Zoning Board of Adjustment submittals. A well-designed project that Sionas Architecture and our clients are proud of is a given, but with our Professional Planning expertise and an understanding of Land Use Law, the approval process is not as daunting.
