The governmental approval process for commercial and multifamily projects can now include Historic Commission and Design Review in addition to Planning Board and Zoning Board of Adjustment submittals. A well designed project that Sionas Architecture and our clients are proud of is a given, but with our Professional Planning expertise and an understanding of Land Use Law, the approval process is not as daunting.
